  It was a pleasure doing business with Brad! I think the site was very usable - our project was hard though because we needed the letters in an arch that had very specific dimensions - figuring that out was too hard. We did not get what we wanted so I called Brad and explained how we had not gotten what we thought we had ordered. He understood, created the decorative sign in the correct dimensions, and shipped the replacement overnight. I would say that he went above and beyond what we had hoped he could do to help us.
