The first time I tried to apply the home port name, several of the letters came off with the backing. When I contacted customer service, they advised cleaning the surface more thoroughly with denatured alcohol, and sent a full replacement of our original order, which came promptly. On the second try, between cleaning the surface more thoroughly and going more slowly and consistently when removing the backing, all the letters adhered well, and we're happy with the result.

This company is awesome! The letters I chose on the website were not of legal size, and they identified that and fix the issue at no charge. I highly recommend this company for any boat lettering!

Installation was a breeze and it looks great. The lettering was printed and shipped the very day I placed the order and arrived ahead of the expected day. I actually found the font that appears on Etta James’ album cover so I couldn’t be happier and will return in the future.

Fantastic service and great products. We have a distressed font for our name and numbers, and it wasn’t an issue. Quick response to our questions and fast turn around after ordering. The price point was also great. Significantly less expensive than the quote we got from another vendor.

I messed up one part of my order, my advice don’t do your project on a windy day. I was setting it and it tapped. Goodbye my fault! Wait for fair weather! Their adhesive is super strong , so take your time and be patient.

High quality lettering. I was a little hesitant about it sticking to the plastic kayak hull, but so far, so good. Get the squeegee.

The whole experience was totally amazing. They worked with me to get the exact (somewhat obscure) font type and were very fast to respond (and very friendly too!). I was a bit nervous applying the lettering as it’s one chance only but it was INCREDIBLY easy (their instruction video definitely helped). The finished product looks totally professional, I was like woah, too cool! Everyone who’s looked at it assumed I had it done professionally. Thank you Lettering-com!!

Lettering was used on a pontoon boat. I wish I had gone for larger lettering. The quality and ease of installation was superb. Larger would have allowed people further away to get to know Lazy Buoy!!! Every part of the process was a pleasure.

I bought 4 decals for my boat . A set for registration numbers and a set for the name of my boat. Shipping was pretty much immediate and quality was perfect. I goofed up a part and a few letters ripped. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and dropped another copy in the mail same day . WOW!! That doesn't happen often these days so thank you lettering-com will be a returning customer and passing the website along .

We love the quality of the lettering/numbering we ordered for use on our sailboat and dinghy. They look EXACTLY as we hoped!! Between my inaccurate measurements and a glitch on their end, it took a few tries, but everyone was very helpful and shipping was incredibly quick, so all was well. Best customer service ever! The lettering on our sailboat is doing GREAT! The numbering on our inflatable dinghy has begun to peel off, unfortunately. We assume there is too much expansion and contraction with an inflatable. So we will trace the letters and fill them in with a Sharpie for now.
