The website design process was extremely user friendly and the actual results delivered matched with the online design and color scheme.

I had a problem (completely my fault) and I messed up one of the letters of the name on my boat. I emailed them and asked if I could just order one letter. They immediately emailed me back, saying that they would send me another letter completely free of charge. They actually sent me TWO letters, (probably figured I would mess it up again), and everything worked out fine. I am impressed by this level of customer service and I would highly recommend that you use DIY lettering.

This was a superior experience from start to finish. The website was great. The order shipped the next day and I received it two days later. The product is high quality and looks great. Follow the basic instruction provided and you’ll be fine. I did it from a kayak in 90 plus degree weather and it came out great.

The instructions on how to apply the numbers were easy to understand, the application was easy, and the finished product is OUTSTANDING! The phone call from the seller, to clarify my order, was much appreciated so I received exactly what I intended to order. Pictures are coming as an attachment to the E-Mail you sent me.
I was really surprised that the names were very easy to apply. I taped the center and corners and peeled the whole label. I applied while the boat was in the water tied to the dock and both sides came out perfectly. Lots of laughs and compliments when we pull up everywhere!

Very happy with the quality & easy to apply. I waited a while to reply because I wanted to test how they held on the boat with all the water & trailering. I am happy to say I have been on the water prolly 12x & they are holding great. No peeling.
