When I built my skiff in 2016 I named it after my granddaughters, Molly and Morgan. I used DIY lettering for the name and was very pleased with the results. When my grandson Max was born in 2019 I needed to modify the name and was pleased I could find my original order and get exactly matching letters for the add on. The results look like they were all applied and at the same time even though there are 2 1/2 years between the installations.
Top notch product, and more importantly top notch service. I didn't do so well on the first attempt at applying my boat registration numbers, and this company mailed me another set for free to give it another shot. Fortunately, my second attempt was perfect. Thanks so much for the great customer service. If I ever need lettering again in the future, I know where I will be shopping.

The area I placed my registration numbers is slightly curved. I called and explained the minor arch needed. The numbers came in a couple days and fit beautifully.
Lettering arrived very quickly and looks exactly as it did on the online design tool. One of the letters tore on installation but they responded very quickly and shipped me a replacement with no hassle at all. Great product and great customer service!

Our boat was damaged during hurricane Florence in eastern NC. This lead to repainting the hull and removal of our previous boat name lettering. This is our second time using Do It Yourself Lettering. I can’t express enough how 100% satisfied I have been both times! The website offered an easy environment to create a design we loved. The hardest part was our personal choice between so many great available options. (We may need to buy a second boat to letter!!) Once the order was completed, the company was active in responding, via email, on the progress of shipping. Our order was shipped promptly, arrived safe, and was well packaged. During this process, I was even contacted because I accidentally ordered only one state ID number instead of two. Instead of just shipping the order out as I had created, email conversations happened and changes were made to ensure we got what was necessary to complete our project. May I say...thorough professionalism at its best! The product itself is excellent! In fact, I hated to remove the previous lettering that had been on the boat, for almost two years, because it looked as good as the day it was installed. Following the instructions included, the application has been a success twice now. I am fully satisfied with my entire experience with this company! I recommend them every time the opportunity comes up.
Unfortunately, my hailing port (Las Vegas) turned out not proportional to my boat’s name. My bad. When I did the math it should have turned out proportional but, as you can see, the attached photo shows the scale is off.
Great quality lettering! Very professional looking. I am very pleased with the way they turned out.
The UV protection is awesome. “Cuba Libre” lettering on the inflatable tender tubes have lasted a year in the sun with no deterioration.
Have rarely been so pleased with a product purchased on the internet. One of the letters ripped in application and you replaced it within two days without amy problems.
I will be installing in June and glad to send pics then. Thank You for the personal attention to my project! Rich Valentine
