Great product, price and turnaround time! The best part was reaching out after the fact with a question. I was offered a free replacement with a coating to solve my problem without even asking. The issue may not of been even their fault. I was simply asking for advice. A+ customer service. Will refer and purchase from again.

This was the second time that I have used DIY lettering for my boat name. It was fantastic as I ordered the name four years ago and this spring accidentally spilled stripper on the lettering. I called DIY and they had my previous order to reference and I had the new name within days. It was very easy to install per their instructions. In fact, they absolutely stand behind their installation guarantee. I made an error during the installation on one letter - they immediately sent me a replacement. The first time I did the boat name I thought that I messed it up because it looked like there were lots of lumps & debris under the letters - I followed the instructions completely. I reordered and stripped the first attempt off. I followed the instructions very carefully again, doubling-up on the cleaning of the surface, but still ended up with a lot of the bumpy look on the letters. They seem to have "baked" out in the sun, to some degree, and are less noticeable now. Overall very happy with the look.
Second time I have ordered boat lettering and have been pleased with results both times. I paid extra for the 3M and to have them trim out the letters. I figure for the little bit of extra cost I would have a more foolproof installation and better quality. Well worth the money.
It is such a pleasure doing business with this company, that I want to buy another boat to put more lettering on it.

I designed the artwork myself, but had diylettering make the decal. The decal is exactly what I wanted. As for the material, I ordered the premium vinyl. It seems good, but cannot attest for the durability yet.
These decals look just like the image you build on line and apply perfectly was completely satisfied with the whole project
