There was a problem with the shipping and the decals would have arrived after my window of opportunity. I sent an email to them and received a phone call and email response minutes later. Isaac sent another set via 2nd day air and they arrived a day before I needed them. That is great customer service and they earned a customer for life.

This was the first time I use a DIY graphic for my boat and I was concerned about quality and my skills in applying. The graphic was great and installation was easy. I am very happy with the finished product.

It was so very easy to apply! Did it with the help of my 12 year old daughter!! Before ordering, I had measured the area for both length and width. I knew the maximum height of the letters and the maximum length of the name. Used the Total Size feature when creating name. Results were perfect! And pricing VERY, VERY reasonable compared to other companies. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I shopped around, and this was definitely the best product, best web/design experience, best selection, and best price. Thank you. If you have to remove old lettering, please see my photos. When I first removed the old name, there was yellow discoloration behind those letters. I hoped sunlight would fade it (after a year or two, I thought). The other photo shows how the yellow faded after only a couple of weeks!

This is the most easiest lettering site to use, the selection and easy of use is great. The fact that you can see 'your wording' all the different fonts and colors makes it fun to use. I have used this company close to a dozen times and have never been disappointed. THANK YOU!

Color came off lettering when I applied wax and I rubbed the lettering to get some bubbles out.

Easy and great quality

I used FastSigns in the past, but this was way easier, with many more options; and I could see the final product before actually placing the order!!! There was a glitch with the application process - not sure if it was my fault or faulty product, but regardless, DIY had another set of decals at my door within 3 days!!!

THE SITE IS VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. I DID MESS UP THOUGH AND THOUGHT I DELETED AN OPTION I SELECTED. WHEN THE LETTERING ARRIVED IT WASNT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. Great company to do business with. I tore one of my letters during the install and they re-shipped that letter FREE of charge. Anything worth doing is worth doing with WOW. They get that!

Very easy to apply, but would like to add that using a soapy water base laid on with a wet sponge before attaching the glue surface pattern makes it easier to get the air bubbles out, as given on-site instructions from a professional sign person. This made the layout much easier. otherwise effortless and well worth the investment.
