I had ordered 2 custom lettering's and after having the first shipment lost in the mail and having re-made and sent I only received 1. The expedience of the customer service to re-do the order was phenomenal though!
I ordered from you before, and was more than satisfied with the product, price and service. This time when I ordered, there was a mixup, and I didn't received what I ordered (I wanted to order 2 different things, and received 3 of one thing- I had trouble on the site because once I ordered the one thing, I didn't see an option to 'ADD TO BASKET'. I think that's what caused the problem. At any rate, Goshen is sending me what I need, at no extra cost, and was very pleasant to deal with. I will be back with more orders! Thanks

Your web site leaves much to be desired. I can do MUCH better using MS Word to produce my request, and ended up sending you the Word file to fill my request. I'm embarrassed to upload you a picture of the project because I screwed up on it. My label was on two lines at two different fonts. While you did a good job at recreating the words, you sent them to me as TWO SEPARATE labels rather than together as ONE decal with the spacing preset as in the Word File I sent you. If I wanted two separate decals I would have specified that. I am perfectly capable of cutting them in two should I desire two separate decals. Consequently I was not able to install them as symmetrically as I had liked. Furthermore, your method of using tape as a hinge may work nice on a flat surface, but caused a major nightmare on the curved surface I was working with. Next time I will use Kinko's as they produce the decal in two different fonts on two different lines but on a single decal!
I asked about using other kinds of tape and got a very prompt reply. This is a great product at a reasonable price.

I have ordered multiple times and every time has been such a positive experience. Orders are always processed and shipped with fantastic speed, and the quality of the vinyl is very good as well. The only time there was a problem (forgotten vinyl piece) the company realized this before the order even got to me and sent it to me very quickly.
I knew I could handle the artwork on the sign, but did not want to ruin it with bad lettering.
Product is great so far. No signs of the decals peeling off. Installation was very easy as straight forward. Overall very satisfied.

We viewed your site for application methods, but viewed several others and decided to use the hinge method with masking tape in a vertical center position. Worked perfectly! I would suggest you include several options as videos to give people confidence on their first attempt in using your lettering.

There was a slight miscommunication about the design on the decal, but DIY letting made it easy to fix and replaced our mix up quickly and at a discounted rate. Great Customer Service!

The lettering is of good quality, and was very easy to install. Everyone asks me who I had do the lettering, and they are amazed when I tell them I ordered it online and me and my 5 year old put it up!
I am happy with the lettering that I got to go with my decal from The Decal Shoppe. The ability to curve the message helped make it look like part of the design. I appreciate the second Jesus is Life decal you sent to replace one that had several obvious bubbles, but by the time the replacement arrived, the bubbles had disappeared.
