I ordered the white and grey double reflective lettering and when it came in, it looked like it was light grey and a darker shade of grey. I called to ask about it and it was due to the reflective material. However if I wanted, they gave me the option to get it replaced but I didnt. Good Service. Another thing to add is that I recently went through a training fire and the stickers held up very well. The stickers on the side are not from DIY, its from a local place which I dont plan on purchasing from again.

I found this a cute way to customize our front door Halloween decorations!

I own a hair salon called Salon Studios of Corrales in Albuquerque, NM. The salon is divided up in 9 seperate studios. Each studio is owned and operated by individual stylists. Each studio has a "shingle" sign hanging next to the door. I ordered the lettering for the shingle signs from diy lettering. I am very satisfied and will be ordering more in the near future. Very easy to use! And I was pleased to see how well the letters adhered to the paint I was applying the vinyl to as it was pretty smooth. But they have stuck with no issues whatsoever! I will definitely be back on your site when I need lettering for future projects.

Such amazing service from beginning to end. At first the lettering that i requested was too small to cut out onto the vinyl so right away Brad sent me an email explaining my different options I could do instead. Soon my lettering arrived and was perfect for my homemade gift for my friends.

I did some searching on the internet, found Do it Yourself Lettering and saw how easy the whole process was and that was enough for me to use your company. The whole process from designing to placing the sticker on the side of Natalie took less than a week and we are very pleased with the way everything worked out.
