Easy to use. The challenge was not minor, but was not frustrating at all. I only messed up one transfer, but It was one for which I had extras. I had thought I'd have to do individual characters - your system provides perfect placement; most places require large orders - you allow for guys like me who need only a few; most places charge a set-up fee - you allow us to set up and design right on the website. Excellent product, process, and service - good value all around.

DIY Lettering worked with me to make my order right even though I originally miss-ordered my purchase.

I picked the size a bit to tall but its perfect over all!

You may notice I dropped the middle word at my wife's request lol. This is an easy product to use.

Can't say enough, these guys bent over backwards to accommodate us and even sent replacements for the goof we made on this end. What a great company! I can't say enough about how nice these letters look and how easy they were to apply.

We can do amazing things through the Web... for example; I can sit at home and create lettering exactly as I want it and have it arrive to my mail box in short order. Very quick and easy ordering... a lot of designs to choose from and I got it delivered to me pretty much immediately. I was hoping to have it for the Superbowl and it did come on time.

Sent drum head pics in prior email, very satisfied, although 2 very small bubbles that I could not get out. Probably my error. Also plugged you on drumforum.org, you should be seeing some additional business coming your way for drum head logos.

I needed the letters reversed so I could install it inside vs. out in the elements. I got a fast a courteous reply about how to add the special request and updates on my order while it was processed.

I wish the directions had been more specific for the size of the signage. The directions appeared to be more in line with a smaller sign or one where the lettering separates from the backing.

I was very happy with the product ordered and the service given to me in explaining what weeding is.I would also like to order another package set of the same decals but I don't remember my order #.Can you help me with this? thanks

Overall was satisfied with the order, but there were some changes I would make. My total height of lettering ordered was 6.68 inches and the total width was 26 inches. The words "Headlight Restoration" were curved, but one of my disappointments in the overall lettering was that the first line of the H for Headlight and the last letter in the word Restoration are too narrow lines and in during one point of the installation the line on the H broke off; luckily I was able to repair it so that I can utilize it; had I not been able to do this I would have been at a loss of expense on the lettering. I definitely will state that I would use your service again ; overall,the installation is easy and am satisified with the overall outcome. I just think perhaps you should place a limit on the size of the lettering and make the lines on the H and N thicker in content.

The lettering looks professional and it was fun to do. I ordered letters for top tube of an old I bike I'd painted and liked them so much I ordered a set for the head tube. When the letters didn't show up I was bummed but a quick note to DIY and I got a new set free. You have the best customer service and a new customer for life!

After my son crashed and totaled my recently-built bike, I moved all the components and wheels over to this frame, which did not come with any decals. We settled on the name Phoenix and he helped me design the Phoenix lettering to put on the down tube and the fork. The website was easy to use, to design the lettering and had lots of great choices. I think it turned out pretty good!
