Letters were easy to apply but I bought the reflective letters and they are much harder to read with headlights on them than the old non-reflective letters.
There was an oversight on the original order and DIYL correct the mistake immediately. Excellent customer service.
Service was very straight forward and simple. I measured what I wanted and entered it into the appropriate boxes.
The kit arrived fast and was exactly what I asked for. It installed easily in a couple of minutes.
Using the DIY Lettering vinyl letters was almost the easiest thing I've ever done. Very important: When you tape the letters down, before pulling the backing, MAKE SURE YOU CAN READ THE LETTERS! If your message looks strange, is it upside down or backwards? And I wondered why the backing was soo hard to pull off.
Workmanship was spot on and the delivery was FAST, VERY FAST. I will definitley order from you again.
Created an office sign for a home/office which I recently re-opened. I had estimates from sign companies ranging from $1800 to $2200 to make the sign. I made it for about $600 including landscaping. Your company was excellent and I look forward to making more (smaller) signs. Thank you.

I installed my lettering on my fire helmet about 2 months ago. It has been throw a 700 degree flashover simulator. Lettering was unharmed and still looks great. I would definitely recommend this product for similar applications and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

There was actually a small wrinkle across the name that did not quite smooth out on application. I will have to look again because it was pretty small and I did not feel it worth a complaint. It was in the lettering on the backing out of the envelope
Excellent product.. Sorry I couldn't send pictures. I named my Jeep Yellow Jacket because she (the Jeep) is a yellow Jeep Wrangler. This is the only other female the wife lets me see !

I found the lettering very easy to apply and above all, looks great. Your website software made the process of laying out the exact letters and numbers I needed. I used the stencil font in yellow for the letters and numbers.

I think the lettering is fantastic! It was very easy to apply, and the price was so affordable I almost didn't believe it. It was going to cost us over $130 to have the letters put up by the building. After using DIY and putting them up myself, you can't even tell the difference!

Letter were fantastic! Absolutely loved them. Really got them for the team helmets, but every player who had/used their own wanted one also. Luckily, I bought plenty of extra (the price was great). They also matched the uniform lettering perfectly. I would definitely buy again. Thanks!
