I found the website easy to navigate after a few moments of study. The process was simple. I liked the variety of fonts, colors and styles. The finished product was what I asked for. I would recommend this to anyone.

We just "found" DIY Lettering in March while working on a booth for a different tradeshow, and were so pleased with the graphics DIY provided that we ordered again for our LightFair booth. We purchased a range of sizes - from large logos to some very small product labeling graphics. We had a little bit of trouble with the smallest elements on the small letters (the dots on the letter "i", for example, where the paper backing didn't want to separate from the letter) but were able to solve that with a tiny dab of glue! All the graphics looked great, and we were thrilled to win LightFair's BEST BOOTH AWARD in our size category.

Thanks for helping me personalize my bike with my Navy nickname, "Liberty Risk"! Great selection of styles and colors, and easy to apply.

Very attractive, clearly-designed, easily-navigable web site. I particularly liked having the ability to preview my lettering in many styles at one time (all "script" typefaces at once, for example). This was a huge timesaver compared to similar sites where you have to try each typeface one-at-a-time. I had hardly gotten my online order designed, submitted and paid for when I received an email from DIY Lettering saying that the order had already been manufactured, and would ship that day! My lettering decals were rather small, but it appears that they were ready for shipping within an hour of my order being placed. Excellent web site, excellent communication and customer service -- and a product that I'm very pleased with. Bravo! In this age when "customer service" is (in my opinion) dead (or at least on life support), my experience with DIY Lettering was very refreshing.

The lettering turned out better than I expected. Most people think that it was custom painted onto the frame!

I highly recommend you stop using UPS as your shipping partner. We ordered three separate times and quite frankly its a miracle that the contents weren't damaged beyond use. All 3 times the packages were severly damaged with the last shipment being the worst. The packaged arrived torn with a hole literally through the package. Again, its was a mircale the contents weren't significantly affected.

Numbers 327 was missing and 329 stuck to itself.
