The turn around speed was awesome.

Every was great except the bottom of the letter J in my name was cut off. I fixed it by cutting down one of the letter centers. I would have called and sent it back but I had already removed the old lettering and I did not want to wait for a resolution.

Excellent product and client service. I had some difficulty with a 10 ft section. The company was terrific in replacing the section that I was unable to apply correctly. I would recommend to anyone.

Lettering was very high quality, easy to attach, and looks great.

My first order had a problem with the letters sticking to the backing. I called and talked to Roy. He told me that this was a production problem and that he would see to it that it was redone and shipped out immediately. That was on a Friday and my new lettering was at the post office on Monday morning. Now, that is what I call great customer service! The new lettering went on without a hitch. I definitely will use your company for future projects!

DIY Lettering was able to cut my lettering 1/8" tall, which was perfect for my needs. Look at the pictures... the lettering looks great.

I ordered online not knowing what to expect. When my decals and letters arrived I was amazed how clear they were. When I need more decal/letters I will not call on anyone else. A great job for a fair price with a quick turn around.

Loved the product and process you provide. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures before I gave the gift. If I did this project again I would do a wet application, having done larger wet applications before, I tried doing this small item dry and ended up with small bubbles that I couldn't move out from under the vinyl. Live and learn. Thanks, I would use your service again in a minute and have already praised the site to the receivers of the gift.

We are having triplets and knew we wanted to put their names above their cribs but didn't want to break the bank or our backs to do it. After some research we found DIY lettering and it had the best prices and the easiest directions to put the letters up. Needless to say, we are very happy with the results and will recommend to everyone.

Numbers look great and went on really easily. My only regret is that I didn't get another set for the other side.
