:-/ my sticker was kinda messed up on an edge or two with two big scratches on it when I opened the packaging. That kind of stinks.

Amazing company! A mistake was made (on my part). It was within minutes of an e-mail and even though it was not asked of them,they made it right! My decals were shipped lightning fast and issue was handled. DIY Lettering is now my sole vinyl lettering company. Great job guys!

Great company, great service, great product!

The customer service was awesome but your website needs some work. The preview screen displayed my selection in a VERY small font. I couldn't check spelling or spacing. When the product arrived, it wasn't the color that the preview displayed. It was the wrong shade compared to what I had selected. I'd work on the product preview. Like it is, you just have to hope that it looks ok when it arrives.

We are 100% satisfied with the way the signs turned out. I knew the full color center graphic would be tricky, but it looks awesome! We were nervous about mounting them ourselves, so we watched the video - read the instructions and once we got started, it was pretty simple, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Looks great.The website was easy to use when I was trying to figure out what type of lettering would work out the best.

Do It Yourself Lettering is a very simple website to use. It has a great selection of lettering to choose from. The shipping is prompt, the customer service is excellent, and the end product is fantastic. I have been very satisfied by my use of DIYLettering.

DIY lettering is easy to do. And the people at the company were very helpful. My project involved a custom layout and they were able to handle it, no problem. Now, my designer has changed our logo, so we need order new signs. Guess who I will be going to?
