Our postbox now stands out in the neighbourhood as the font we chose is not "run of the mill". My only reservation is how long it will continue to look good - 6 months, 1 year, 3 years who knows!

The "masking tape" was not included for my do-it-yourself weeding process which made transferring the letters a little tricky and stressful. The quality of the letters was nice however and it all worked out in the end.

The website is AWESOME! It was so easy to design my lettering - very cool.

I felt the description to what I purchased is unclear, I thought I was going to be able to paste the whole word at once, instead I had to paste each word and had trouble aligning them, finally when I spray "Windex" to clean the mess, the burgundy color came off.

HAD TO ORDER TWICE, 2ND SET HASN'T ARRIVED.ONLY CRITICISM IS PERHAPS YOU COULD GO DEEPER INTO AN EXPLANATION THAT BECAUSE THE FINISHED LETTERING ARRIVES WITH HIGH QUALITY 1 TIME ADHESIVE AND PRE SPACED LETTERS ON NON FLEXIBLE MATERIAL , THERE IS AN UNEXPECTED LACK OF 'FORGIVENESS' IN APPLICATIONS AND THE DEPTH OF ANY LETTERING THAT WILL CURVE IS REALLY REALLY DEPENDENT ON THE EXACT COMPUTER SELECTION PROCESS .... COATING, WAXING, OR ANY REPEATED 'FRICTION' VIA CLOTH OR CLEANERS NEEDS STRESSED TO BE AVOIDED AS WELL. THE RED BEGAN RUBBING OFF ON THE FIRST SET. OVERALL THE PRODUCT AND APPLICATION EXPERIENCE TAKES 1 EXPERIENCE TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE ANY SUBSEQUENT ORDERS.

Funny, we just finished putting the letters on now. the "campground" sent fine however, there was something wrong with the backing for the Alaskan stoves section. the backing kept sticking to the letters as we tried to pull it away and it created a lot of difficulty. In addition, there were white marks on the black vinyl that we will have to paint. The quality of the one line was not good--since the quality of the bottom line was great, we figure it was old paper you used on the second one or something. We love the look and it weren't for the bad backing and white markings on the second, it would have been perfect.

I ordered decals at 3 AM and the letters were shipped out before lunch the same day. Our letters and numbers were overnighted to me and arrived in time Saturday to be placed on helmets for the first game of the tournament. They were terrific decals.
