Quality of the vinyl letters and the customer service was great! I had a few questions about installation and used the Chat function on the website to get answers. Also really liked the design function on the website. Pretty easy to use. I only gave quality of product a '9' since it has only been exposed to the elements for a few weeks. I have no reason to believe it won't hold up for the next 11 months. When the project is completed and we take down the sign, I would be happy to update how the letters held up.
The lettering and decals were easy to apply. I would use them again.

I used DIY lettering to make custom lettering for my Jeeps hood, these guys were able to make a set of lettering exactly how I wanted, and with there website it was a cinch to be able to tell what the lettering would look like Before I got it. I did upgrade to the 3M product. As recommended for the curved surface and outdoor use. So far the lettering has worked great, wasn’t to hard to put on, and it’s spent a month going through everything the Jeep does, hasn’t failed or scratched yet. That’s quite a claim, we’ve had 100degree sunny days and torrential down pours. You wouldn’t know if by looking at the lettering.
I ordered two custom logo designs from DIY Lettering. Both signs came out well although the color of part of the logo was not what I expected, it still turned out well! The customer service was amazing - even with many revisions from me. The product arrived fast and inside protective packaging. One of the signs did have a corner pulled away from the backing but I was able to flatten it out and the corner of the logo is fine. Here’s how they turned out.

I have used this type of decal lettering for professional and personal use since the 70s. My order from Do It Yourself Lettering was the same quality I have trusted and expected from a graphics vendor. Online ordering was easy, uploading custom artwork.
