Door decal arrived missing a letter. Confirmed the order was in fact correct

This is the second time we used your company. We moved our store and ordered the same door lettering as we had on our old store. Easy ordering, fast shipping, and easy installation.

Vinyl was really high quality! Super easy to install! Product was exactly as I expected if not better!

Some of the letters didn’t want to come off of the paper, had to “work it” a bit, but I think that may have been due to the skinniness of the lettering. I am pleased with the end result.

Your products are great. Your shipping sucks. You say the item has been shipped, and then a week later it actually gets into the USPS system. USPS can pick up items each day. Not sure what's wrong with your shipping dept, but it sure leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.
