I have used Do It Youself Lettering on a number of occasions. Always happy with the end results. This was a much bigger project than ones I’ve previously taken on, but the knowledge gained from the prior experiences really helped a lot. DIY, quickly and without charge, sent new lettering to correct the few problems I did have. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Website was very easy to use
I received my product only after phone call prompts, and a few weeks late. Upon receiving my product, i phoned the company to ask about the size (not as expected). I left a voicemail asking the rep to call me about this issue. And I've not received a call back.

Application was very easy and simple to do. I loved how fast the package came and the detailed instructions included.
Will do whatever it takes to please their customers. First sign came damaged, I notified the company about it. They answered my email almost immediately, apologized for it and said they were already making another sign for me and would ship it right away at no cost to me. received another sign in excellent condition several days later. Will do business with again because of their Customer Service

It was an absolute pleasure working with your company and specifically Shawn G on the project. He provided such a fast turn around and everything arrived first thing the next day and was perfect. Installing them was also very easy and I could not be more happy and proud of how the final piece turned out with the lettering in place. It just provides that perfect professional looking finishing touch. And kids young and all have really been enjoying it!
These are the perfect balance of durability and pliability for my windsurfing race sails. Also, they don't stretch when applying them because of the perfect thickness.
