I am so glad we chose to go with your company. We originally tried out a local company to design our logo and install it for us. After a week of waiting we finally received our first proof from them and we were less than impressed. We decided to do it on our own, for a fraction of the cost, and twice the fun. The creative process really allows you to customize the decal to exactly the way you want it, and we are thrilled with the outcome.

I let my vinyl sit around for roughly a month before attempting to apply it, and needless to say the adhesive had dried out. I contacted DIY lettering fully expecting to be outside the time limits for a replacement. Not only did they still have my order on file so I didn't have to remake the design, they answered all my questions about why it went wrong, and then they shipped out an identical replacement free of charge. The shipping was lightning fast and it arrived in great condition. The folks at DIY lettering went above and beyond to make sure my project was a success.

Items send were exactly as I requested, easy installation as stated in instructions.

I spoke with 2 different sign companies and they both wanted around $500 to do this sign. I was able to do it for less than a quarter of the price. I made a few little mistakes but otherwise a great product. I am already thinking of my next project.

So easy to install and they look great. I plan to use them for all my logo needs.

The lettering is perfect! I am very happy with the entire process. The lettering arrived well protected and was very easy to apply.

The difficult part is trying to match the width of the letter to match the width of the other letters. The letters on the banner are 1 3/8" wide and the one I received is about 2" wide. Please note the differences in the photos.
