The process to get the lettering done at your website was easy and intuitive. The address on my order had to be changed and a simple call at your office was enough to take care of this problem. I received the merchandise extremely fast. I opted to do the weeding myself and the first sample was ruined due to my inexperience with the process. So I emailed you guys to have a new order and to my HUGE surprise I received a replacement of my first order with weeding done by you ALL FREE!!! The end result of the lettering on my Jeep looks great and I am VERY satisfied with it.
