Vehicle Lettering Review #568: Advertising the name of our resale store on the side of our truck.

I'm a huge fan now. Next time we need any lettering, it'll be DIY Lettering for sure. I'll tell you why; I ordered a set of large letters for both sides of our 24 foot box truck. While applying one of the larger, more expensive pieces, we damaged the letters. I called the next day and spoke directly to Brad, the owner (as a matter of fact, he answered the phone) Brad couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I told him we were in a huge rush to get this piece replaced. Check this out, Brad promised me the piece by the next day and he gave me a fantastic deal on the replacement. I was prepared to pay the full amount for the replacement, but Brad offered to discount the order. Sure enough, I had my lettering the next day, just as promised. Keep up the great work Brad.
