We needed to replace our lettering and add our art work. We had previously ordered from DIY Lettering. They are the Best!! We were so pleased with our BBQ Piggie and ordered larger letters than before! It looks Perfect!! The DIY staff called us personally which is fantastic. Fast shipping as well! We messed up a few letters and were sent replacements at no cost FAST! We have more projects ahead and we look forward to buying from DIY Lettering for all of it!!!
This was a very pleasant and simple project from start to finish. From the initial email communication all the way through to after installation, Goshen was very prompt in responding to emails and clearly knowledgeable and kind. Great items, makes our vehicle look great. Easy to design with many options and easy to install.
Live customer service without a long menu of options is hard to find these days. Finding people who know their product and are responsive is even harder. DIY offers both. The lettering was easy to apply. I have some on another vehicle that has been through the car wash a couple times. The lettering also runs partially under my rear window wiper. So far none of that has disturbed the lettering.
I'm paranoid about submitting anything on the Internet but I'm making an exeption because I couldn't be more pleased at the outcome of the sticker you made for me. Your Web Site is easy for non-technical folks like me and your talent in creating the product is Excellent.

This is the second time I ordered from DIY Lettering. After getting a hang of their website, creating a decal was quick, painless and FUN! My order also included a custom quote of my company logo and that came just as fast as my online quote! The company even combined my two orders to one so I didn't have to pay double shipping. We used the lettering for branding my golf cart. It was amazingly simple and looks great! I have local sign “guy” that I enjoy working with but I’m not sure I’ll be using him any longer due to the quality, the ease and cost of DIY! Thank you!

We ordered from bestofsigns a few months ago for a different car vinyl that we needed, and the quality was not up to par with what we were wanting, the quality was cheap, the coloring was not how it showed on our proofs. I couldn't be happier with the labels. I've ordered literally hundreds and will continue to do so. It's helped me label my entire model car collection exactly how I want, making it look that much more professional and organized. And the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.
The online demonstrations and product inserts were wonderful. Process was simple. Response to a couple of questions came within minutes. I messed up part of an order through carelessness and a replacement was on its way on the first working day. The products appear to be more durable and much higher quality than the factory vinyl on my Kawasaki UTV. ( trailering my brand new machine in AZ heat led to wrinkling and finally complete failure in factory product, my DIY vinyl, same heat, 115 degrees, is un changed)
This is our first effort and we are learning how to make use of reclaimed-salvage material. The lettering was easy to work with, and the instructions just right. The liner, lettering, and transfer tape cooperated exactly as described in the Basic Lettering Installation pamphlet.

The lettering was fine. The UPS shipper crushed the box and caused creasing in the letters and they left it on the dock in the rain
Your customer service is absolutely fabulous. When I received one of my vinyl stickers part of a letter was missing and when I called, the girl who I talked to immediately re-ordered me another one with no questions asked and was extremely professional and kind. I truly appreciated having such a great customer service experience.
Easy to put on. Took my time, cleaned surface, and made sure no bubbles happened. Good to go....but my placement was wrong. 1 cop said anywhere on the side of the truck as long as visible from 50 feet. Another cop said had to be on the doors. So I left these on and ordered magnets So I can remove when on personal time. NY is hitting contractors hard with DOT regulations. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR NUMBER (ITS FREE) AND GET THE DECALS FROM HERE. The color goes great with the rest of the truck. Thanks friends.

Hello. Thank you for such a fine product. The Rocket named OwO Express is our "sounding" rocket used to test engines. It now has nine flights on it. Mr. Lifter has been launched once after engine testing was complete but is ready again. It carried an onboard HD cam as well. The third rocket is under construction and lacks final paint. I purchased graphics for it through you as well. It's name...Likin Park Girl. It is a replica NIKE AJAX surface to air missle. I can send some shots of the two rockets in action if you would wish. I simply included the graphics this time.
