I've been installing graphics most of my life and I've been using DIYLettering for many years so I'm not a novice at this. Got my order in record time, spoke to Shawn to get what I wanted. When it arrived, half of the logo was missing. It wasn't an issue - he sent me another one right away but when this one arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the two designs were not the same color like I specifically asked for. Verses starting over, We're just gonna leave it as is for now. In the future, I'll be more careful to look first.
I put the vinyl on my car. I absolutely love the lettering, but there was a defect. Someone clearly used a sharpie to try to mask the defect and it was very noticeable, which I did not like. I would’ve rather wait more time if it needed to be redone rather than have this one sent out to me and on top of that had a sharpie used to try to cover up the mistake.
The lettering is amazing and easy to apply. We love the way everything turned out!
Cardboard envelope was bent when I received it. Needs to be stiffer.

When I first ordered my lettering I chose a color that once it was applied on my car it did not give me the look that I was going for. I hesitated to get in touch with the company, but I did. I explained that the color (I chose) was not giving me the look that I was going for, and I wondered if they could provide some kind of a discount if I were to reorder the same lettering, different color. As a courtesy they reprinted my lettering at no charge. What wonderful customer service experience.
Used 1/8" white pinstripe to do arched window background before installing lettering over top.
Looked just like I expected it to. Very subtle. Applied easily. Nice product, and a great choice of fonts, colors, sizes, spacing, bold, italic angles, etc., etc. A great piece of configuration software for DIY designs of lettering.
After getting a quote from a local sign company to letter up our little daihatsu midget i found the DIY website online and never looked back. Easy to use design program, great pricing , fast production time and very helpful personal. Shawn was a great help with making our bird face for front end. Have found our new source for lettering 1000 miles away. THANK YOU !!!!

I love the product and I love the customer service this company provided. Top notch. They went above and beyond. They called me before creating my product to ensure I received the exact product I wanted. And they also offered to refund me if I didn't want it but I did and it looks spectacular. We need more companies like them.
Sticker was cut well and has great color. Very thankful.
Love the site, love the flexibility in the editor, price was great and customer service was wonderful and accommodating. Only gripe I have is listed below and seen in the photos. Please see my comments below on the shades of orange used in different orders that do not match

Just had a pair of 3 digit numbers done for my truck. They look great and were very easy to install. Recieved them and had them installed within 30 minutes.

Better to send decals wrapped on large cardboard cylinder. Our came wrinkled because box was distorted.
