When I ordered the wrong size lettering and it would not fit in one line, Roy immediately redesigned it for me and sent me the correct size. That was awesome! Love the way the colors pop and the lettering looks great!
I really can't explain how awesome and fun this project was. EASY TO INSTALL..just don't forget to buy a squeegee... Very sticky and great color detail and best of all is that you can design it the way you want instead of someone telling you that's probably what you want. I was replacing damaged Jetski letters and numbers (last summer) that I had designed years earlier on the DIY website. I loved the way they looked and was having trouble duplicating what I had because of the endless choices. I contacted DIY and they found my original number-details on file. I was thrilled and it saved me a ton of time trying to redesign just right. It was nothing less than a friendly, positive and prompt experience. And it was great to talk not only to a real person BUT a real person who cared.
My order arrived 3 days ahead of the estimate. Application instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. The quality of the product is excellent. Going to try and get the rest of the company to purchase these.

I have used this company for years for both personal & business vehicles alike and I cannot express my utmost satisfaction for both the product & customer service! Fit perfectly in the space, loved the color and font. The hard scraper didn't make it into the shipping box so I used a credit card that worked okay. Love it!
