Valley Snow Dogz gives memorable dog sledding excursions during the Fall and Winter as well as year round educational programs, so we are always on the road! It was time to have our web address on the truck with reflective lettering so it can be seen at night. We plan to buy more dekals for our truck. Very impressed !
I had an issue with my order where I was sent the wrong size of vinyl. But the customer service was so fantastic, and the person I spoke to seemed extremely eager to make my experience a great one. That vinyl was great and I get complements on the car constantly.
From design to installation, DIY Lettering makes the process very simple and they stand behind their product should you not be completely satisfied. Shipping is very fast too!
Just what we wanted. Maybe should have gone bigger but too pricey. Really like the reflective letters.
This process was very easy and saved me over half of what the cost would have been to get the decals installed. We had a customer approach us as we were finishing up!

I have worked with 3M graphic materials in the past. Your product was exactly what I was looking for and they installed perfectly. I did appreciate the hint to separate the words - which did make installation easier for me. It took much longer to clean the surface than to install the letters.
DIY is great. whenever i need a proof for a decal, i get a response in a timely matter. this makes our customers extremely satisfied. the quality of decals is great. after placing an order, we receive the decal in the time frame they provide us or sooner! definitely recommend DIY for everything
When I first opened the packaging, it looked like the color was off, but when I took the backing off it was perfect. Couldn't have been easier to order and install.

I placed an order with DIY Lettering and can say nothing else except for the I am impressed. You can view the finished product online before placing your order. You can italicize your lettering compared to some places where you can not. Last, the quality of the letters is amazing. I messed up placing them onto the truck and discovered how well they adhere to the surface. As I stated earlier, I did mess up while placing the letters onto the truck. After trying to manipulate and fix the problem, and making it worst, I placed a call to DIY and was greeted with a human voice on the end of the line, which in today's world, was extremely nice. He was understanding and without any questions asked, he informed me that they would send me some replacement letters free of charge. I have purchased letters from previous places and I must say, I wish that I had discovered DIY sooner. I have full intentions and keeping my future business with DIY.

I absolutely love my decal! It looks exactly how it looked when I designed it on the website and it shipped quickly to my house and got there before it was suppose to. I don't know if I was suppose to get a second one or not but when I received it, I had two of the same decals on my package, which I was very pleased about! Thank you a bunch Do It Yourself Lettering!!

I liked the ability to specify the size exactly since I placed it over the factory name but still within the border. The color and appearance were 10-Excellent. Unfortunately, this was my first try with a vinyl sign and my ability to apply it was only 5-Average.

I ordered lettering for my truck window. When it came the lettering was wadded up and a bit disfigured when it arrived. I got it on the truck and just figured "That is the chance you take when you order online". You can't argure the price thats for sure. Delivery was prompt and I was content to live with it for a year or until I pay off some debt from starting this new business. Well today a request for a survey from them came, and I told them my story. Needless to say I recieved an email from two representatives within minutes assuring me that they want to make this right and that another one would be in the mail. Remember I asked for nothing and never complained once. I am sure the packing error was a fluke. So to sum it up, THESE ARE THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Thank you Caitlin and DIY Lettering, you have made my day!
I love this site and the folks who run it. I have never met such a nice and great group of folks who run a business. They are polite and professional. I had an issue with a letter and they had no issue sending me a new word free. I have spread the word about this site and their great customer service
Customer service was great. I got to talk to nice friendly REAL people. The only complaint I had was getting the letters to release from the top paper onto the glass. It took extra time but so far (two days later) they have stuck and I am very happy with it.
Product came out of the box with creases already in the lettering. Like someone wadded it up and out it in the box.
