Excellent product. Unfortunately, we apparently chose the wrong method to apply. We should have probably used the wet method with our 8 foot banner. We got it up eventually (and it looks great), but it was a two hour struggle!!

My experience was very good. The site was easy to use. It has a lot to choose from, everyone should be able to find their choice. Quick turn a round time. The suggestion of the "Felt Edge Vinyl Application Squeegee" was a great one, so glad I got that! Application instructions were clear and easy! I am so very pleased. Will use them in the future.

I have never dealt with a business that ALWAYS puts their customer service as priority one! Many businesses say it, but never go to the extent of DIY Lettering. Everyone is courteous, patient, and always willing to do what it takes to make my projects succeed. They are a great business example of what it takes to be successful.
I don’t usually give reviews. For your product though I had to! Your product was so easy to use I considered that I was doing something wrong. But I didn’t. It was just that easy!
Even though the instructions say to put lettering on a flat surface.... I didn't have a flat surface! So I put the lettering on the concrete block wall. I had to rub it in a bit, but I am quite happy with the result!

After ordering a vinyl decal from another company and throwing the $100 decal away I was very reluctant and traumatized. But I was SO happy with how easy this was to install and it came exactly as I expected it to. Ordering again!

I had a vision in my head and I am SO pleased!! The wording in our bedroom is our wedding song and nobody has it, so I needed something custom. The website was easy to use and I was able to get what I had in my head onto "paper" and onto the wall. SO pleased! I have attached pictures for you.

I have been wanting to finish this for over a year! This turned out so much better than I could have ever dreamed. As this was the first time I had ever put this kind of material on the wall, I did have a couple of small boo-boos. When I contacted customer service about my issues, they were beyond professional and so very helpful! The customer service was amazing and they sent me an entirely new piece of lettering at no charge!! I would absolutely recommend them for any other custom vinyl wall art!

Product was guaranteed. If the customer makes a mistake, the company will replace, free of charge. Quality was great. Easy to apply. The plastic device to help apply decals was a winner for 75 cents!!!
Awesome quality and great instructions. I used the method where I aligned the top and then cut each letter to remove film and install one at a time. Worked like a charm! Printing and materials were top notch!

Took much longer to put up than I had accounted for, but the result is what I wanted, and we keep hearing positive comments about the finished look.
