Do It Yourself Lettering was wonderful. This was my first time ordering, and I made some mistakes in the sizing. DIY caught my mistakes and called to confirm my order, helping me fix the mistakes. The lettering for our store window came out beautifully!

The lettering was easy to apply to the back window of our van. We used the dry method and it worked out perfectly.

I have a few businesses, and I used to always have to pay someone to come out to do my vinyl lettering for my windows. Not no more! DIY lettering has turned me into the professional. I can design the style and wording myself. Installing is super easy ( I recommend following their instructions but for big designs, cut the Individual letters with a razor) I just finished my first store and I am excited to get started on the other ones. By the way I saved over 75% than having someone else doing it.

I had a small amount of difficulty adhering one of my orders so that it didn't have bubbles. i had to take a pin to them to get the air out. other than that, everything was great.

I'll keep ordering. The design process is easy and varied, and they are professional.

Aside from your website, you're doing fine. When one gets to the shopping cart, one cannot make adjustments to the quantity field. If you back up a page, it erases everything you've written. I found this very frustrating. Lettering is great and looks professional. Someone thought we'd painted them on.

I found that this way of decorating our windows, provided me with an opportunity to learn about vinyl lettering and it's waaaaaaay cheaper to do it myself. Sign companies charge a boat load of money for something that is sooo easy and inexpensive, and the product looks great!

This lettering worked very well for my backlit signs. I built my own signs with frosted Plexiglas from the hardware store, cut to fit regular 4' fluorescent light fixtures, then applied the lettering directly to the plexi. The effect worked better than I had hoped, for a fraction of the price of a 'professionally produced' lighted sign. I am very pleased with the lettering and will definitely buy again.

DIY Lettering's website is incredibly easy to use. The options are too numerous to even mention. Customer Service is excellent. They have gone out of their way to make sure my orders arrive on time, even in rush situations. They have even contacted me to make sure what I ordered was what I really wanted because they instinctively knew it probably wasn't...and they were right.

I was very pleased with the vinyl lettering I purchased from Do-it-yourself lettering. The first one I received I tried to do using the dry method and it was a disaster and totally my fault. A decal the size of the back window of a pickup is too big for the dry method of application, especially for one person. Do-it-yourself lettering honored their guarantee and sent a second decal at no cost to me, unheard of with any other company I have ever dealt with. The second decal I applied using the wet method and it came out superb. Couldn't be better if a professional lettering company did it. I would certainly recommend this product to a friend, and I will purchase all of my vinyl lettering needs from Do-it-yourself lettering.

Gave the quality average because the red shadow out line of the white lettering was scratched in more than one place. Maybe should have rated it even less. The process of putting it on was very easy however, I am very disappointed in the amount of air bubbles in the lettering that will not come out. We followed your directions and even watched a LOT of other you tube videos in preperation and still so many bubbles.
