“I needed to make a sign for my school and after visiting several local sign companies I could not find what I had envisioned. I decided to make my own sign. Customer service was excellent! I went back and forth making decisions and finally ordered! To my BIG mistake, I realized I forgot to change the color to white vinyl to go on a black background. When it arrived and I discovered my mistake I thought no biggie I’ll paint the sign white and use the black vinyl. It was a disaster! I wasted so Much time and energy and finally decided to just re-order! DIY was wonderful! They re-made my order promptly and I had the correct color vinyl in a matter of a couple of days!
