Easy to use and apply. I did have to cut it apart and reposition because I didn't think about the flag mount on the back of the boat! Oops! I taped it on temporarily with masking tape and viewed it from a distance to make sure it looked good before finally sticking it down. The video tutorial was excellent, watch the whole thing. I did get a couple of creases, but I was not on dry land! Applied it while the boat was in the slip, upside down for me as I was crawling around the swim platform to apply it. Other than sore knees, it was easy!

The application was easier than we thought it would be. The name looks fantastic and we get a lot of comments on the quality of the lettering. The gold in the anchors really glows in the sunshine giving a 3D effect. I would definitely recommend DIY Lettering. Friends have asked us who did it so that they can have it done too. They are very surprised when we tell them we designed it ourselves on the DIY Lettering website. Thank you for making this a great experience.
Very easy to install, directions were well written. A phone number was given in case the installer ran into difficulties. I would certainly do business with this seller again.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and the first time I have had an issue. I can't even call it an issue really. I chose a blue color I thought was dark enough and it was not. I still installed and figured it would be OK. When the customer service team reached out to me for the survey I explained what I had done. To my surprise, they remade my order and sent it to me free of charge. This was unexpected and extremely excellent customer service. I will be ordering registration numbers from them in the correct color next. Great company!
