The site was easy to use. I was able to change something via email after I'd completed the order. It got to us in just a few days, and was easy to apply with the instructions. We're very happy with the results

I ordered this decal for my boyfriend's boat and ordered it WAY to big. I ended up having to order another one that was smaller and the process was so simple. Unfortunately, they did not give me a refund but they did offer me a discount when ordering the smaller decal!

Great product and amazing customer service. End of the letter didn't stick I called and no questions asked they sent me a replacement. If I owned a business this is how I would want my customer treated. I have already recommended at least 10 friends to the site for boat lettering. You will not regret doing business with them. The installation was very easy and the directions were clear. The only reason that I didn't give full marks everywhere is that the reflective properties of the lettering is "okay" but nowhere near as bright as the lettering on a police car, for example.
