These wrinkles appeared 24 hours after installation according to instructions. The only thing holding the sign to the surface was the painters tape. Not the signs adhesive which was of very poor quality. I requested a refund but did not hear back as my business opening was delayed because of your poor product.
The product was easy to work with, quick and easy to apply. And the shipping time was outstanding. I was very last minute with the teacher gifts this year and I received my items in like 2 days! I can't stress enough how perfect they turned out and the teachers loved them!
The lettering applied to the inflatable kayak very easily. Time will tell how well it holds up to ongoing change in shape as its unfolded & folded and inflated & deflated.

The whole process was simple. We chose the font, size and colors in a matter of minutes. The template with the letters arrived in just a few days. The lettering was simple to apply. We now have the best looking trailer in Western Illinois!

I am an architect with a background as a professional model maker. The letters were manufactured within hours of my placing an order, and arrived within a few days. The elaborate text we chose was perfectly cut and readily transferred. We decided to order more lettering for additional signs because of how wonderful they look! I do also appreciate that they have either free or inexpensive shipping.

Product was great. Easy to apply and very strong adhesive - worked great on both wood and plastic for the 2 projects I had. In addition to decorating a wooden storage cabinet, I added my 10 yr old daughters name to her Razor electric Scooter. I soon had to do it to all of her friend's as well as it was a huge hit.
I've used DIY for several projects and I I think that they've done a great job on each and every one of them.
I thought it was easy to install. The website was easy to navigate and it is nice there are so many options to choose from.
