A very reliable and quick process to bring it all together. I had one mishap, but the company replaced and shipped the few damaged letters right away. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a professional & clear visual appearance to your project. There are 3 other boards going up in the near future so I am looking forward to reordering with no stress knowing the achieved results.

I was very happy to get the lettering in Cyrillic for my helmet. I got the word "gonchaya" which is "hound" in Russian because I play for a team named Red Army. It came quickly and after playing quite a few games with it, all the letters are still stuck fast. Great price, easy formatting, easy application; would definitely use again.

The design was super simple to do, then I had a custom logo I wanted to add. I sent an email on a Sunday night, had a response and proof the very next day by 9:30 am. Shipping was awesome also I figured at least 5 to 7 days, I believe I had my stuff 2 days later. I will be ordering a few extra add ons real soon.

The quality of the vinyl letters was great. Since it was a temporary sign, I opted for the standard quality but there weren't any performance or application issues. After measuring, it took less than 2 minutes to install. Prompt service and efficient shipping options.
Great product! It has held up to several coats of mud and subsequent washing very well. Have yet to see how it handles this treatment in the long term.

I am very happy with the end result of the vinyl lettering! The address lettering above the front door of our newly restored 1856 heritage property was the finishing touch. I am very happy with the end result! I found the instructions to be extremely helpful. In particular, I followed the video instructions from the website on how to install a long vinyl sign that was horizontal. (our heritage property is not in Toronto. It's in a small town outside of Ontario)
Due to the fact I had reason to call DIY for tracking assistance I had the pleasure of speaking to their customer service folks. Not only did we locate the package but when I muffed up the install it was shipped within 30 minutes of receipt of my email. It is their policy but again their attention to customer service AND satisfaction are a priority for DIY.
