I stake great value in a company that listens to their customers needs and my designer went as far to take liberties in suggesting edits in my request which truly brought my ideas to the next level of execution and presentation. Another tip of the hat was that there was an issue with my order whereby the manufacturing of a QR code was incorrect and the end product resulted in an unusable product. I reached out to the customer service line, they investigated the issue, informed me that they made a mistake, remanufactured the decal, and shipped it out, all within the same week. Outstanding customer support as well. I will order decals from them in the future for my decal needs.
