Couldn't be happier. Website was easy to use and design the letters. I had to call to correct something and the staff were friendly and helpful and the product arrived with easy to follow instructions in about 4 days. Would definitely use you again,

I have used this company for a number of things. Race cars, commercial lettering on buildings for windows and now using them for boating decals. Their website makes it so easy to look at your fonts before ordering and price point is exceptional. I'll be back every time I need vinyl lettering for a project
I've used this site and product several times for various projects over the past 6 or 7 years. I wont even bother looking for a "better deal" because I'm already 100% satisfied, and certain that the product and service will be top shelf.

This is the second time I've used DIYLettering. Great product. Website is easy to use and I like that you can preview the finished look before buying. Customer service was great too. It's easy to put on, but I did mess up on one of the five decals and they replaced it immediately. I've already placed two more orders.
Ordering process was simple. Installation was even easier. Very clear instructions and I loved the way it turned out. It was exact to my ordering specifications and looks brilliant on my boat. It came as one rolled up piece and I simply unrolled it, taped it up for alignment and then installed.

Our only complaint is that the delivery was not 24 hours. It's took about 3 days.

Ordering, shipping and packaging was great. I followed the clear instructions and the letters stuck well to the exterior latex painted wood surface.
