The instructions seems a little intimidating when initially read. It eased my mind to know that they would replace if i messed. It is peel and stick, easy as that

Delivery was really quick. The lettering is very easy to apply. I just followed the directions & the name on my boat looks like it was professionally installed ! I couldn't be happier ! And the "free replacement policy" if you screw it up makes it the best deal going !!!

Fantastic product with exemplary customer support! Great thanks to Jared for his considerate input and follow up on my thoughts. Website was thorough, but a bit confusing. I believe it went into such detail, that most people probably get frustrated and just decide to order by email rather than website. The e-mail approach is fine by me, since I am old-fashioned and prefer interacting with a human being.
The vinyl was really high quality and installation (following DIYLettering’s instructions) was a breeze... quite literally, especially since I was installing on the stern of our sailboat from a dinghy in 15-20kn winds!
Second set for this boat. First set lasted for about 4 years before it began to fade. Very good as far as I am concerned.

Used the website to design the name for my boat. The product was perfect! And, I messed it up on my own and DIYlettering took care of me right away, even though it was all my own doing. I ordered a transom port of call name for my boat and I damaged it putting it on the transom and when I called this company they instantly offered to replace it free of charge which is amazing what a great company and I highly recommend them
