I had to re-order because I messed-up the original vinyl. I did not read your web-site all the way or I would have seen your replacement guarantee...I messed-up the last 2 letters...so I would not have had to re-order. Oh well, live and learn. Everything else was great and I was able to apply the numbers without any problem.
Great selection of fonts and styling options on the website. We have ordered decals twice and the orders are processed quickly and are of great quality!

We unveiled the new name at our official boat renaming ceremony on July 17, 2016 on the banks of the mighty Hudson River in Piermont, NY. The lettering was perfect and easy to install.
I should have had help doing, was a little bit big to do on my own, but no fault of the company. I did have a couple small errors, again my own doing. Product was excellent quality for the price.

Product was shipped in good time and applied easy and at first sight looked to be top notch quality however I am quite disappointed at the quality of the lettering finish after paying a premium for the "better quality" lettering some of the colour has rubbed away from the lettering after only an afternoon of being moored at the dock with soft boat bumpers. Perhaps a defect in product quality?

I was told that the lettering wouldn't be here until Monday or Tuesday, but received it 2 days early on Saturday! Was able to throw them on with ease and hit the river in style!

I ordered letters from another company to use on a different boat and the letters were more difficult to apply. I used the wet application process...the pictures show the before and after I removed the backing.
The lettering was very easy to install. The font selection was nice and I really like the outcome.
Went on great, this was my first time doing vinyl decals so unfortunately i got some air under the first W. But i chalk that up.to operator error, any way to get the air bubbles out now?
The stickers were actually very difficult to install on the curved surfaces because the vinyl kept sticking to the backing and wouldn't release causing me to have to patch parts of the letters that were suppose to be in certain locations of the decal. Others were cut threw completely so when the sticker layed they stayed connected to the backing so had to be installed separately. Over all the color and quality was good it was what I asked for but the release from backing was horrible. That happened on both boats with both sets of decals !
Great customer service, had to re-order letters a couple times due to application issues. No problem, sent new letters free of charge. OUTSTANDING responsiveness and customer service. Would recommend for sure, A+ service.
I went to a national sign shop and was quoted $600 for making our boat name that they already had on file, we just needed a larger size. After being dismayed by the price a friend suggested DIYL. I was able to quickly go through the website and develop the name and received it right on time, all for 1/3 of the cost!
