I really like that my previous orders are kept on file so reordering is simple.
This is a photo of my granddaughter Isabella Nicole Lindsey her nickname is " Bella LaBoo" the boat is named in her honor.
I am disappointed with the dust under the vinyl between the paper and the vinyl . This caused unacceptable blemishes in the lettering. The boat was wiped with alcohol and a tack cloth before applying the graphics. When I removed the graphics you could see lint on the adhesive which tells me when the lettering was made the dust got between the vinyl and the clear paper. Fortunately I had order a spare and that one is OK but not perfect. I have other graphics fro you for future boats and I hope they are better. Right now I wouldn't recommend your lettering to anyone until I have better quality from you. On the bright side your website is the BEST. Take care Jim Baker.
I cannot say enough good about your service. As a past screen printer with a partner who did vinyl, I know how the end product should be. With that said your product is superb and timely, As you know there was an issue with my address (my fault) and your customer service was above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for your honorable business values.
I like how easy it was to reorder from last year's order email. One click. I had to replace the lettering this spring because my marina damaged the lettering during the winter. Delivery to Canada was quick. I would order again.
Just awesome!! Customer Service is the best! We put them on a Mini Pontoon and absolutely love them.
The price was grwat, the color choice was great and the shipping was great all around awsome, very happy!!
Took about 5 minutes to put on first set, then only about 2 minutes for the second. what a snap. Will come back again. Also put on state numbers on a boat I just got. better than putting on a letters and numbers one at a time!!! couldn't ask for faster standard shipping. I liked that I could use Paypay for payment. Overall this was a very pleasant experience ordering the vinyl and installing it. Very nice product. Only thing I would like for installing it would be if they shipped an installation squeegee with the lettering. It's hard on a credit card to install them...
The numbers look great on my boat. My order came out exactly as it looked on the website. Highly recommend diylettering and will be using them again in the future.
The color of the lettering matches the boat canvas perfectly. The product is very good quality as well. Best of all is the customer service. I had placed the order online and made an error on the font size. I called for help to correct the size issue and received the best support ever. Fantastic service! I would recommend to everyone.
Nice product. I was a little confused on the design process. I wound up receiving my letters with a black outline. I didn't really want that. I wanted it all white.
Service was incredibly good. I applied the lettering in slightly cool temperatures -- around 55 degrees -- and one of the transfers didn't go well. A replacement was mailed out to me within a few days with absolutely no questions asked. Great response -- really appreciated.
I have ordered 3 or 4 times from DIY Lettering in the last couple of months and every time - same thing - Excellent product, easy to apply lettering, extremely fast turnaround time and great communication.

You guys were great to work with, with my initial order I chose the wrong color that would have simply blended with the background. I left an online comment but feeling my order woukd be fulfilled before the change could be made, I called as well. The gentleman on the phone knew who I was by caller ID and told me he was actually just reading my comment. He assisted in the correction right there over the phone and offered some very helpful recommendations. The lettering came quick and I was nervous about messing it up while installing. To my surprise on the instruction sheet your company offered to replace them for free if they did not come out to satisfaction. What more could you ask. The customer service was top notch and I only wish more companies took note of what you guys do in that area. The product matches the customer service, excellent and worry free. Can't stop telling friends and family and am looking for more items to make decals for. I rarely write reveiws, but you guys earned it!! Well done!
Sorry for the long delay in commenting. I did not get a photo until this Spring, but I am very pleased with the result. After a small problem with installation I asked for and received a replacement with no questions asked. The personal attention I received from the staff was also excellent. I am in the process of designing registration numbers for the same boat and will be using DIY Lettering again for this.
My boat decal is exactly what I wanted! I liked how they sent me a draft of what exactly what it would look like, and even included measurements. Once my product came, my boyfriend applied it and messed with it a lot attempting to remove small bubbles that are common and go away in a short time. With that, Jared sent me a brand new decal at no charge. I was very impressed with all of the staff I talked to and emailed with. The process was so easy! I would definitely recommend DIY Lettering to anyone looking for great products from great people.
