I ordered boat registration numbers. When I installed one side, I caused a wrinkle in the lettering. I contacted your company and explained I caused the lettering to wrinkle and wanted to purchase a replacement. Your company wouldn't let me. Instead a free replacement was remade and sent out and I received it two days after the email. Your customer service is absolutely outstanding!

This entire process was very easy. I compared prices across the Internet and this website was aggressively priced and the product was fantastic. Very easy to apply. I have never done this before and I did it perfectly. Will definitely use these guys again for my next boat!!

I ordered my boats new registration numbers on the reflective vinyl and they turned out perfectly. I also ordered my boat name and had a custom graphic designed by the crew there that was completed in a couple days and was perfect. Shipping was extremely quick and customer service was excellent! We named our pontoon boat "Sababa," which is Hebrew for "cool" or "awesome." We wanted the name to appear on our boat both in Hebrew and English. We contacted DIY Lettering, and after a series of personal email correspondences with a company representative, we had the product exactly as we had wanted it.
