The lettering was easy to install using the instructions. Installation went perfectly and I had a beautiful new sign for my Open House event, which made me very happy!
I really like this company. Easy to use. It came just as I expected. I followed install instructions that I had done before, the wet application. I had an unsuccessful install. I called they sent another one out immediately. After talking to them I did the dry I wish I had done that the first time. Went on perfectly and I am very happy. The install problem was all mine. I would recommend this to any one.
Quality product. One small glitch with the dot over the “i” but customer service immediately made it right. Easily applied and looks lovely!

The vinyl was extremely easy to apply and the dimensions fit perfectly in my case! The design feature was easy to navigate through while offering a wide selection of fonts, colors, and other lettering options.
SURPASSED ALL EXPECTATIONS AND MORE. We needed custom vinyl lettering for a very large (6ft X 9ft) project and our experience was amazing. First, the customer service is exceptional; I needed exact pantone colors to be verified and logos to be used and received same day quotes and questions replied to within hours. Second, the pricing was at least 1/2 of the quotes that I received from other companies and that didn't include the free shipping (if over $50). Third, The website use was very user-friendly for creating custom sizes, colors, fonts and added features. Fourth, The process of ordering, shipping and then receiving was shockingly fast. We live in the pacific northwest and received this entire order within a week or even ordering. Fifth, the application was very simple and was able to be applied perfectly. I was so skeptical at first, as this was a very important project and I have never used vinly lettering before. However, I would recommend using this company to anyone and I am excited to use them in the future. Thank you DIY Lettering!

Easy to put up and looks great! I was lucky to have a warm enough day last week, in February, to put them on.

DIY Lettering did a great job making decals for my husband and I to personalize our bicycles and hard gear such as helmets. I’m glad I created the style of decal with no background for the bikes—they look like they are professionally done, and I’ve received compliments almost every place I’ve been. The helmet/equipment decals have a silver background to stand out and do so quite nicely—I’m completely satisfied with the product. I’m even more impressed with the customer service since I ordered during the holiday season and the post office seemed to have lost my order since it did not arrive within the 7 days of being shipped. Shawn reprinted and rushed me out a new order, then the post office finally found and shipped me the original order. I’m loving these decals!
