Just what I wanted/envisioned
I love your product.
I didn't know how to rate the shipping packaging. My order was lost for almost 3 weeks in the USPS system and when it arrived the envelope was torn open and the vinyl was destroyed. The packaging SEEMED as if it should have been adequate...where you REALLY shined though was when I contacted my CRS and informed them what happened. Even though it was absolutely NO fault of DIY my order was replaced and shipped the day I contacted you and was sent overnight. THAT is the true spirit of customer service.
We are extremely happy with the results of the lettering, and a staff member applied it with absolutely no trouble or any training! From ordering the text, to applying to our door, everything went perfect and couldn't be easier!

Super easy to design and install. I have experience installing letters and wraps on numerous snowmobiles and UTV's but for a first time installer of the letter kit I purchased from your site, you did provide very easy to manage instructions. If I could make a suggestion or two, for my application it would be nice to have an option for a slightly thicker material with an optional high gloss finish.
We have ordered close to a hundred different decal sets. Work quality and customer service are excellent. We wouldn't get our decals anywhere else.
