Not happy with what was delivered. The letters are too spaced out and, something which is totally my fault, I ordered too tall letters. I won’t be using them. I don’t know what the next course of action is

I have used DIY lettering for years . . . mostly for decorative purposes on my interior walls. Customer service is excellent. Turn around time is excellent. I love that they will send a replacement if you bungle the application (which happened on my very first attempt). Application is easy (especially once you get the hang of it). This time, I had a more practical application. My relative is 92 has significant cognitive impairment (which will only worsen over time). She feels "lost" and cannot find things (because she cannot remember where they are kept). So, I labeled each drawer of her chest with the contents . . . underwear and nighties, slacks, bed linens, sanitary items. This makes life easier for her and for her caregivers, who rotate.

The lettering was of excellent quality, and easy to put on. I appreciated the grid on the transfer tape to help line up the lettering on on my application, which was the side of a vehicle.

When I decided to put our business name, on our new trailer, I really didn't want to go crazy with special graphics that would invite theft of our equipment. So, I decided to use the same font as we use on our business cards & it turned out perfect! The tips that came along with it for the installation made it super easy!

It was my first time ordering any kind of vinyl numbers and I was pleased with the quality and outcome... I'll definitely be getting more for the rear of the car.

After waiting 2 months for an estimate to have my work truck lettered up by a local sign company (with just the basic block lettering), I didn’t want to wait any longer so I went online and found these guys and made my own. I’m no computer guy but even I found this easy to do. Applying them was even easier. I’ll never know how much $$ I saved as I still haven’t heard back from the sign co! FedX delayed the delivery for a few days but that’s a FedX issue. I will use Lettering-com again for my other truck.
