Installation was very easy, I did it myself. I would order your product again.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my satisfaction with your lettering at a 12. It was by far the most cost-effective way to get the results I wanted. The whole process from designing and ordering the lettering, to placing it on my store window was very quick and easy. I will be ordering from you again in the future and will happily recommend you to anybody needing lettering of any kind.

Very easy to use web site and Brad was great to work with. Great choice of fonts and colors (we used an acid-etched look). Very quick to ship and installation was simple.

Have not used it yet, still deciding. It is much smaller than I had expected. I believe I ordered 5 inch letters and they are not that at all. I have ordered from another source and was extremely pleased.

Great product and easy application.
Emailed photos already. Product was as expected and arrived VERY quickly. Looks very good. Was a little difficult to get it to adhere to the textured weave of shades but it seems okay.

There are many other offices around me that used white lettering on their office window and doors as well. The look and quality of my lettering is far superior to the other businesses around my office. Many of my Patients have commented on how good the painter made my Window and Door look. I did get a bid on having both painted and I would have paid more Sales Tax on having the lettering painted than I paid for the vinyl lettering itself. I could not be more satisfied with this product and DIY'S customer service.
I didn't notice until I installed the sign that the kerning (spaces between letters) is irregular and not optimal. I should have checked that out more carefully and hand-mounted the letters with better spacing. I think it would be good if your computer/font did a better job of this. I'm inclined to re-do the sign when I have time. The font, vinyl, pre-cutting, shipping, internet site, etc. are all great. Thanks. Paul
From designing and ordering to applying the letters to my car, everything went smoothly.
Yours was the only site I found that would allow me to distort the lettering width & height. This was very helpful, as the car's rear window is very sloped, and stretching the lettering vertically helps greatly with readability when installed.
Your letters offer so much variety and are so reasonably priced. They make it so easy for us to set the tone for our window displays. I love the huge variety of fonts and colors. I'm so glad we found your website!

The lettering looks wonderful. It really adds to the look and feel of my storefront. The best thing about the lettering is that it was very easy to apply to the window.

I thought I had ordered the lettering so that I could have just the lettering on the window. Since I chose a colored background (so I could see the lettering I was ordering better) I got a solid decal (like a bumper sticker).
