“We are THRILLED with the lettering and the entire process of working with this company. We were guided into making some choices based upon visibility which were very informed and thoughtful (having a white outline added to our letters) but when it in fact turned out that we didn't totally love the result we were immediately sent a set without the outline. To be clear: if our lettering was on an exterior door, or did not have a light colored shade behind it, we would ABSOLUTELY have needed the outline so we really do appreciate that guidance even though it didn't work for us. Such amazing customer service, super easy to install and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!!”
