We really like the way this turned out. The problem is with the instructions. We followed them to the letter, which was a mistake. The instructions do not take into account the possibility of the curvature of the transom. This lettering should have been applied from left to right or right left, as opposed to top to bottom. The curvature of the transom caused the material to gather in the middle when going top down. We will now have to reorder soon. Damn.
The ability to create extremely custom decals via your easy to use website is phenomenal! Super fast shipping. The product is always easy to apply and of very high quality. I made a mistake in ordering several graphics & they sent the correct products,immeidatley AT NO CHARGE!! This company and the product are "as good as it gets!"
I was excited to see the results of the vinyl lettering I ordered. The larger of the two worked excellent. The smaller was terrible. The paper liner stuck to the letters so much so that I had to peel the paper off each letter then once pressed onto the fiberglass transom the letters would not stick. I'm really disapointed and if the letters are not adhering to the fiberglass by tomorrow I'll be on the phone to your company to see what resolution may be available to me.
Lettering arrived quickly, was easy to apply and looks great! Pricing was very competitive. We'll use your site again!
This was my second boat number purchease . Very easy. Only problem is you have too many color/style combos. Makes it hard to decide which one to get. LOL. Fun to play around with though.
My order was quite basic so a photo may not be worthy. I would go you you in the future
Not knowing the difficulties of attaching letters to the vinyl hulls, I ordered the letters. I was pleasantly surprised as to the fast turnaround, as well as the quality of the materials, the ease at which they install, and the support given if I had gotten "stuck" doing the installation. The problem I was having had nothing to do with the letters, but in the nature of adhering to the vinyl boat. Back to square one I thought. I emailed DIY to get a professional take on my situation. Seemed like I wasn't the only amateur as they were more than willing to give me a reverse or a stencil of my lettering so I could paint my numbers on for permanence. They also offered to ship the materials for free. Don't run across that kind of customer service often, and I was pleasantly surprised. I plan on naming my new lawn tractor and I don't have to tell you whose lettering I will be using. Thanks again for all your help, DIY Lettering!
Although the graphic was fairly large and we applied it to a boat bobbing around in the water, the two of us were able to get it on straight and smooth the first time. In the back of our minds, however, we weren't too worried as we saved so much money vs. a professional job that we could have done it over 5 or 6 times and still saved a little.
I was very impressed with the entire process. Easy to design, fast shipment, and the installation was a breeze. The masking tape backing made this a 5 minute process. The reflective tape looks great for nighttime boating.
Great Service! I ordered the wrong size the first time but no worries! Brad sent me another order for no charge!!
Was not easy to install. The backing kept tearing lose at the letters and resulted in bubbles and creases.
I'm very happy with the project so far as application and appearance. Longevity is unknown.

The numbers look great & were a breeze to install. Brad is a great guy to do business with & very willing to help if you have any problems. I will get all my lettering here from now on.

I was very happy with the decals that arrived. They looked just like what I had designed on the site, and the shipping was very fast! The instructions for application were helpful, and the project went exactly as described. I will use this company again.

Nice product but a little on the High $ side. Would use again but not as often as I'd like do to cost. VERY GOOD PRODUCT

Very disappointed with the jagged edges of the finished product. Not smooth. Looks OK but a distance, but not up close.
