We selected shadow lettering to put our boat's name on our coolers, hoping to match the lettering on our boat. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect match! The lettering was easy to apply and looks great - we will upload some pitures when our camera is repaired.
Great quality product and I received it right away. The web interface is very easy to use. Will use you guys again when I'm ready to reprint my boat name graphics on the stern.

I had a problem when applying the lettering to the side of my boat due to a curved surface. When I called diy lettering to see about getting a replacement for one of the numbers, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be happy to help me out and send me a replacement free of charge, which I received in just a few days. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use their services again.
Unfortunately the boat is in San Francisco and I am in Los Angeles, so no pictures are available at this time.

It's rare to have your expectations not only met, but consistently exceeded. The service at DIY Lettering was outstanding - almost instantaneous email replies, very responsive to questions and adjustments to the order, and the vinyl letters are absolutely perfect. Very quick delivery (shipped the same day it was ordered). The lettering was a bit difficult to apply, and we were left with little bubbles that did not flatten out, and a couple little pieces of the black border broke off - it seemed quite fragile. I was expecting to avoid those kinds of problems by ordering the Premium 3M Cast Vinyl. (Can you confirm that this is the vinyl that was delivered to us?) Even with the bubble and border difficulties, it looks excellent from a distance.
I will take some pictures of the lettering on my boat over the weekend and upload them.

In the middle of putting the lettering on my boat the "G" tore and was a disapointment. I applied the lettering just as directions indicated
