I was very meticulous putting this on my transom. I put the smaller hailing port (Philadelphia Pa) on first, they were 3 inch letters, and I had no problem. But when I put the name on (Cailte) which were 8 inch letters the adhesion between the cover sheet and the lettering was stronger than between the lettering and the hull so I had trouble transferring it. Probably because there was much more surface exposed with 8" letters. As a result the 'C' got streched and has creases and the 'a' ripped.
Your product is of excellent quality and delivery was very quick. The WEB site was very easy to use, even for an old geeser like me. God Bless.
Website was very intuitive and offers lots of potential creativity for lettering styles and formats.
Had a problem with one of the letters having a nick in the vinyl. Called and asked if a replacement could be sent by 2 day mail since I was leaving for a 2 week vacation. Roy of DIYL was very friendly and agreed to resending the order by 2 day mail at no charge. Great product and customer service. Thanks.
Quick service, excellent product, reasonable price...
Lettering wanted to stick to the outer backing, in places. Made letters pull loose from boat until I could peel backing off with X-Acto knife. Finished product looked very good! Would purchase product again.
They are fun and easy to design, easy to apply, and make the job look "professional"!
I have no complaints whatsoever. The lettering came out perfectly, and adds a nice finishing touch to my model sailboat. The option to curve the lettering to match the boat's transom was a real plus.
The boat is currently in storage, I will try to get pictures out in the spring thanks for your help
Everything was ok service related. The product was a bit below expectations as the letters are peeling off at the edges, even though we thoroughly dried and degreased the application area on the boat.

The names were put into a box half as long as the names. This meant that they had to bent to fit. When taken out of the box they were wrinkled. It made installation harder than it should have been.

Very nice job -- the numbers look great. The various effect options were very nice (shadow, slant, etc) and the price was reasonable.
It was exactly what I expected, and it was very easy to do by myself.
I just had a chance to place the logo on my boat. The product looks great, just the wrong color.
