Some of the spacing was off on the letters and some of the backing was peeling off when it arrived but overall it met my expectations.
Thank you so much for redoing my titling after I realized I misspelled. The product was very easy to use and was packaged and shipped in a timely manner. I used a laser level which made the process very easy and not overwhelming after working so hard at hanging my show.
I had looked several places on internet to find a company that could fulfill my needs for lettering. I placed my order via smart phone and was a little awkward but i was able to work my way through the process after a couple of trys. I have worked in the museum industry so was familiar with wet application of letters and the only way I would do it. Couple of drops of dawn dish soap in spray bottle of water and you are good to go. Have gotten many compliments and will use again. I called to say how happy I wsd and they are very pleasant to speak with.
I made 22 different speakers. I've only uploaded 2 for the idea.
Easy to install -- looks great. Instructions seemed confusing until I actually had the product -- once I figured it out, it was easy.
I was VERY pleased with the quality of the lettering I received. It installed easily and looks GREAT! I plan to order again soon!
I've had these letters covered in mud and that mud even dried. When I wash my bike, they continue to come out looking new!

VERY fast service! I ordered one of each of the designs for our kayaks. I liked them so much I decided to put one on each side and reordered. The website is easy to use, and lets me view a couple of designs at a time to see which one I like best. I've attached pictures of the "his" and the "hers" kayaks. Betcha can't guess which one is mine?
Letters turned out perfect. US MAIL lost our package and DIY sent a new one out right away!!

After not finding what I wanted at Hobby Lobby, I found you on the Interweb. Website was easy to navigate and font selections were great. The ability to select the exact size (height and width) was perfect for what I needed. Lettering showed up right on time and was packed in such a way as to keep the lettering in perfect shape. The pamphlet with instructions was very helpful and clearly explained the process to obtain the best results. It was very easy to apply following those instructions and the results were just what I was looking for.

Wow! This was a fantasic shopping experience and highly recommended. Simple to use website with a vast array of fonts and customization options. My kids even had fun helping me choose the font and viewing the look of each one prior to order submittal. The product shipped quickly, was reasonably priced, looks great and was very easy to apply. The site was easy to use. They sent me the wrong lettering type twice but the customer service people did a great job to make sure I got the lettering I paid for. Very good for you guys. I will certainly use you again.
I am so very happy with not only the lettering but how easy it was to apply. The ordering process was very easy and it arrived before I knew it. I plan on ordering again very soon.
The whole process of creating this artwork was amazing. It was super easy, quick and best of all, very affordable.
I put on the first set on the sides but didn't like the shadowing effect with that font. It made it hard to read. The back graphic was great (it didn't have the shadow). I had problems with the applications however because there was no "hinge" room at the top of the tallest letter. So, you sent me another set of side lettering. I had to remove the lettering on the 2 sides (which wasn't too bad) and reapply the new ones. The second lettering looked good but it still did not have the hinge at the top. See the photo. I got it applied but I had to really manipulate it (just like the first time). It applied okay partially because the font is different and doesn't require a super straight line.
