When I first placed an order I was looking to get a reverse install to put on the inside of my window looking out. So I wrote that in my special request and I received an email from Shawn the next morning and he took care of the request and I had my order shipped out right away. Since I have place a number of orders.

We had a great experience with JoyAnnett and we love how everything turned out. Some of the letters and numbers aren’t sticking so well but I think they’ll last a while.

I have used DIY lettering for a couple years now. I find their easy to use design site addictive.. even playing with it for fun just to see what I could come up with sometimes out of boredom. Prompt service, extremely fast email response times an quality products keep me coming back.

Great products and outstanding customer service! I had a issue installing one of the 36"x72" decals (100% my fault) and I contacted customer service and was sent a new decal within a few days no questions asked!!! I am a customer for life and I always send anyone looking for custom lettering to diy lettering.

I can't speak highly enough about their customer service! I placed an order for the smaller lettering and logo, then the next day I ordered the larger lettering and logo and even though they had already finished the first order and were ready to ship (which is incredible in itself!), they held the order so they could ship together! Not to mention, they also waived and refunded the second order shipping since they had shipped together! All within 48 hours!!! The quality is outstanding! It is professional looking to say the least and I was the one doing the install (not saying I am some kind of expert, they provided awesome, easy to follow instructions). I choose the higher quality, 3M vinyl. Everyone who has seen the before and after have been blown away by the look and quality. Great job DIYL!!!

I got an email from Shawn stating that he combined my orders so I wouldn't have to pay shipping on the second order that wasn't over $50. I did not request this, all on his own he took the initiative and went outta his way to save me money. The signs are also as advertised... these guys are a 10/10
