FANTASTIC customer service. The font I picked resulted in a strange look between two letters. Customer Service quickly saw the issue and changed the spacing perfectly. I could not be happier! Lettering went on easily and results were just as I had hoped.
You never know what you are going to get when you do business online, but here is what I found. Excellent communications, excellent and immediate service, shipping as advertised. You did things the way we used to when we cared about our products and were a customer service orientated country and not strictly for profit. Thank you for a great experience.
Great product, we've used DIY Lettering in the past too. Always great, color and material looks as good as the day we installed it.

Awesome product. Looking at the lettering and how well it adhered I feel it will take the cold Detroit Winter easily. I should have done a double order to have the 'RC' riding club smaller for balance. I will be ordering more soon.

The website was clear and easy to use. The letters were exactly as displayed, and the size was calculated. The quality was great and the instructions were very helpful. Not to mention the price was better than most of the other sites I visited.
Even though there was an issue with the adhesive on the back of one of the characters, you sent me multiple new ones, no questions asked, for FREE. That's a company that wants to keep customers happy. The finished art looks great and you did it for less than half what it was going to cost me locally.
Install was easy! Take the extra time and effort to center. After that, the instructions keep it simple and the project looks professional. DIY customer service is second to none. Answered couple of tech questions promptly and with courtesy. You will not be disappointed!!

The directions were well written and easy to understand. Installation went quick and easy. Color was great and quality of the finished product is easy to see in the picture.

I had a terrible experience with another sign company. When I found DIY Signs I saw all that was missing from my previous experience. Their renderings were accurate and responsive to my selections. There was absolutely no guessing about what I was ordering. When the lettering arrived it was exactly what I wanted and very easy to install. The letters as you can see look great on both vehicles. They have been commented on and seen by others quite a distance away. I would not hesitate to buy more when I need them.
