It's exactly what I wanted and it was simple to get on my back window!
These are very high quality. They look great and really stay on well. I have some on the wing of my airplane and they hold up great at 140 mph.
DIYLettering was super-easy to use - from designing the lettering on the website, to applying the lettering to my signs. I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future. Excellent product!!
The lettering went on easily and is durable for the rigorous conditions I put it through on a Film Set.
The process was excellent. First image sent wasn't the best quality and your tech. advised using a "vector" format...great decision as finished decal was perfect ie straight lines, bright colors PLUS easy to apply to the car surface.

This Surly, Long Haul Trucker has been customized as a tribute to the Grateful Dead's song, Truckin'. Lyrics from the song are along the head tube as well as the chain stays. The turtles, as well as the name, Terrapin Trucker are a reference to the Dead's album Terrapin Station and the model name of the bike, the Long Haul Trucker. The bicycle will be ridden cross country in May of 2014 and the turtles serve as a reminder that the tortoise won the race by being slow and steady. I want to thank all those involved at DIY Lettering and Graphics for all their help, especially Goshen who went above and beyond anything I could or would have expected and also to Tony for his rapid responses to my emails. The product and services are excellent. I was able to discuss my needs with a knowledgeable person and received my graphics and lettering a few days later.
Amazing Service! I messed the first decal up horribly! I emailed them after the close of business on Friday. Monday morning I had an email telling me that they would send me another for free, free shipping as well unless I needed it overnight. I was so impressed! Then just a few hours later I got another email saying it had already shipped!!! Very great service! I will not waste my time going anywhere else the next time I need a decal! After searching the internet for specific decals and not finding quite what I wanted, I decided to make my own. I searched for a Website that would let me design my own custom car decals, and many had outrageous minimum orders (250 was the usual minimum). Then I found your Website which allowed me not only to make very nice custom decals in the quantity I wanted, but also had the decals ready to install right out of the package. They look amazing and the quality seems second to none. I have already had friends ask where I got my cool decals. I'm happy to recommend your Website to anyone who asks.
In this picture,the rock crawler is nearly done. I can think of lots of uses for your product. Easy application on website to use. If you have the dimensions, and font. Its a couple of clicks and done. Product arrived quickly.

Great product and delivery. My next dooe neighbor has the equipment to do these type of decals. I chose this site due to ease of use and overall cost. Using the design tools @ D.I.Y.L. I was able to finalize design, choose colors, and pay quicker than I could have finialized design at my neighbors house. Will use again.

Lettering is nice but the envelope had no cardboard and it was bent/creased well on one end. Thankfully the letting was usable (phew) but there really should be something to stop the white envelope from bending, creasing.

Your customer service representative did an excellent job. I think his name was Isaac. My first shipment was lost by our local post office. I'm guessing the mail carrier delivered it to someone else, as it was marked as "delivered" in the USPS tracking site. I tried calling our local post office and never got anyone to answer the phone. As a last resort, I called your customer service. Without hesitation Isaac generated a new set of lettering and even had it shipped 2day priority so I could get it quicker! Thank you very much! Job well done!
